Join the Ruth Mott Foundation at Applewood for Civic Saturdays! On June 18, learn about Integrated Pest Management 101. Assist the Collections team with monitoring and identifying pests in the home, and learn how to incorporate integrated pest management practices into caring for your home and plants.

The enduring legacy of Charles Stewart and Ruth Mott is their extraordinary commitment to civic participation. From preserving our history to volunteering in group activities, the Civic Saturdays program demonstrates ways that anyone can engage in their community. This year’s topics are focused on historic preservation and getting involved in the community where you live. Drop in anytime from 1–4 p.m. on the third and fourth Saturdays of the month through September.
