Then, examine a reproduction of the desk that was used when President Lyndon B. Johnson signed the Voting Rights Act into law in 1965.

Last, take a guided tour of the U.S. Capitol featuring some of the Americans whose extraordinary actions changed the course of U.S. civil rights history.
