We’re excited to invite YOU to be part of the Third Annual Juneteenth Celebration at Holly Knoll. Join us on June 19th for a day of culture, community, and commerce as we celebrate freedom, heritage, and unity. Come to the Moton Conference Center for a FREE celebration filled with food, fun, games, raffle and door prizes, a car show, a fashion show, music, and more! We will have Devon M. Henry, CEO of Team Henry Enterprises, as our Keynote Speaker.

Seating is available, but we encourage you to bring lawn chairs or blankets. Beer and wine will be available for purchase (cash only). All proceeds will be donated to the Gloucester and Mathews County chapters of the NAACP.

*Suggested donation $40 Adults/ $20 Children (under 12)*

The Gloucester Institute (TGI) provides a peaceful place to restore and refresh innovators and trailblazers from diverse agencies that impact our global society. As a result, it is our mission to train and nurture students who are emerging leaders across the country. TGI continues the work and memory of Dr. Robert Russa Moton, the second President of Tuskegee Institute, through programs, activities, and maintenance of his historic home, Holly Knoll. A visit to this breathtaking property, which is the birthplace of the United Negro College Fund, engages all the senses capturing the history of the “cradle of the civil rights movement.”
