The Missouri History Museum and the Collective STL present an intergenerational summer wellness experience for the entire family. Participate in a variety of activities including yoga, journaling, mindful art, music, and healthy food and drink samples. If you like walking, hiking, and biking, we also encourage you to take advantage of trails in Forest Park while you’re here.

This program will take place every Wednesday in June in person on the North Lawn of the Missouri History Museum in Forest Park, should conditions allow. Protective face masks are required, and guests will be asked to practice social distancing.

Just Breath STL is part of the Missouri Historical Society’s 2021 Juneteenth Celebration. Throughout the month of June, MHS will be welcoming audiences of all ages to gather virtually as well as in-person to critically examine systemic racism and celebrate Juneteenth. In collaboration with The Collective STL.
Every Wednesday in June at 6 pm CDT.
