On June 23, to celebrate 50 years of Title IX, the UT Center for Sport, Peace and Society will launch a website that includes interactive global maps highlighting the connection between national and international laws and policies to the history and progression of women’s sports. This multimedia storytelling and research project champions the fearless superheroes who are standing up to convention in their use of sport as a tool for social change on the field, in communities, across media and the world.
