Sing Sing Prison Museum’s spring interns from Mercy University, Jelani Mitchell and Adriana Flores, present a series of videos and a podcast about Sing Sing Prison’s history. Jelani’s series of three 60 sec shorts each introduce us to a slice of Sing Sing history, in fun bite sized pieces. In her podcast, Adriana has an important conversation about education and incarceration with Mercy University’s Director of Academic Partnerships, Andy Baker. The Sing Sing Prison Museum’s mission is to share stories of incarceration and reform, past and present, and to bring people together to imagine and create a more just society.
